Classes conducted by Experienced Yoga Instructor

Duration : Everyday

Timings: 5 – 6am, 6.30-7.30pm and 7.30-8.30pm.

Psychological Counseling and Life Coaching services are available.

Class will have maximum 5 people and individual attention will be given to each person.

Special stress on Yoga Asanas (Body Postures), Pranayamas (Breathing Practices), Dhyana (Meditation), Relaxation Techniques. Yoga Therapy for various ailments and Menstrual problems.
